Notice: Darling Creations ask that you give as much notice as possible for a booking with a minumum notice period of 2 weeks.

Deposit: A non-returnable deposit of 50% is required at the time of your booking.

Special dietary requirements: Please inform Darling Creations at time of your booking if you have any special dietary requirements.

Payment Methods: Payment is accepted by cash, cheque or on-line transfer.

Prices: All prices are subject to alterations without notification. If in doubt please contact us before placing your order.

Return of Goods: Once collected goods may not be returned.

Cancelled Orders: Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the requested delivery date though please note that deposits are non-returnable. Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before the requested delivery date will require payment of the balance in full.

Stand Hire: A deposit is required for all stand hires. Stand hire deposits are fully returnable on condition that stands are returned in an undamaged condition.

Note: Our cupcakes are not made in a nut free environment and some icing contains raw egg white.
